Love it!
This is way better than my last one! Great weight to do most of the work in tenderising and flattening meat cuts. My last one broke apart but this is all metal design so should be a lot more sturdy!

    Guter Fleisvhklopfer. Liegt gut in der Hand, macht seine Arbeit ordentlich und ist leicht zu reinigen.

    Das beste daran: Er darf in die Spülmaschine!
    Mein alter Fleischklopfer aus Holz war unhygienisch. Dieser hier aus Edelstahl ist super. Er liegt schwer und gut in der Hand. Die Seite mit den Noppen macht das Fleisch schön mürbe und die flache Seite macht die Schnitzel perfekt platt. Das Beste: Er darf einfach in die Spülmaschine. Genau das, was ich wollte.
