Material: aluminium with non-stick coating (Durit Protect Plus, PTFE coating), do not overheat pan, otherwise it loses its non-stick properties, not suitable for induction cookers
Ideal for crispy frying with little fat. Heat-resistant up to 270 °C, oven-safe up to 70 °C
The grill pan can be used for searing steak or vegetables on all standard types of cookers and on the grill: gas stoves, electric hobs, glass ceramic hobs, it is not suitable for induction cookers
The flame protection on the handle allows safe use of the pan (gas stove/grill), the side spout allows easy drainage of excess liquids

    Empfehlenswert
    Tolle Grillpfanne. Die Pfanne erhitzt schnell und ist sehr leicht zum Reinigen. Ich benutze sie fast jeden Tag seit einem Monat und bin damit sehr zufrieden.

    Wie echt gegrillt.
    Ich war auf der Suche nach einer Pfanne, in der ich echtes Grillfeeling und echten Grillgeschmack an das Grillgut bringen kann. Diese Grillpfanne finde ich mit knapp 50€ auf der einen Seite bisi teuer, wenn ich vergleiche mit zB Discounterpfannen, die ich für unter 20€ haben kann. Aber: Wenn die mir für ein paar Jahre gute Dienste tut und nicht schon nach ein paar Monaten die Grätsche macht: War das Geld gut investiert. Denn: Grillwürstchen vom Grill und Grillwürstchen aus dieser Pfanne: Merkstekeinenunterschied.:-)

    Nach einem Jahr wir am ersten Tag
    Wir haben die Pfanne nun ein knappes Jahr in Benutzung.Da wir viel Fleisch essen, ist die Pfanne vier bis fünf Mal pro Woche in Benutzung.Wird schnell heiß, behalt die Wärme auch bei uns verteilt sie soweit auch gut. Direkt die Ecken werfen naturnicht komplett heiß, aber das sollte klar sein.Einwandfrei zum Putzen, es klebt nichts rein. Das Fleisch schmeckt sehr gut von der Pfanne. Beschichtung soweit ebenfalls sehr gut und auch trotz starker Nutzung noch in sehr gutem Zustand.Daher sehr zu empfehlen!

    Une étoile, parce que c’est souvent les seuls avis que les acheteurs potentiels lisent, pour avertir de la non-compatibilité de cette poêle avec l’induction.Pas pu juger de la poêle elle-même, renvoyée dans la foulée.

    Decepcionada. No sirve para placa de inducción. Tengo sartenes de esta marca que van de maravilla. No se si el error de poner que es para inducción es de amazon o de la propia marca.
